- All prices are inclusive of VAT at the proposed rate of 17.5%.
- All prices are for a minimum three day hire.
- Our yurts have full public liability insurance and are made from water/rot proofed 15oz fire retardant canvas. A fire extinguisher is supplied with each yurt.
Delivery
We charge a delivery fee based on the distance from our warehouse in Devon and the amount of equipment being hired. The delivery fee is based on current fuel charges. We reserve the right to add surcharges in the case of increased fuel costs.
Access
Access is an important issue to consider before hire. On most occasions we will deliver in a 7.5 ton lorry and the access must be suitable for such a vehicle. Please discuss your access issues whilst making a booking. It is probable that we will be able to over come difficulties with preparation. Please note that components of the yurts are heavy and/or awkward in size, the roof poles on some yurts being up to five meters long. It is therefore important that we can park next to or near the erection site. If we have not be warned of difficult access you may incur a surcharge.
